As a Senior Architect you'll be a master of innovative and advanced architectural solutions, and a strategic thinker with a love for technological challenges. You'll be a project wizard, tackling diverse projects both independently and with a team. Leading your team, sharing your knowledge, and building strong relationships with colleagues and clients will be a breeze.

The following responsibilities are part of your role:
- You are a strategic thinker: Develop and implement an architecture vision aligned with business goals and growth ambitions. Identify opportunities for innovation and progress.
- You'll crunch the competition: Lead the architecture team in designing innovative solutions that surpass the competition. Stay updated with the latest trends and effectively implement them into our architecture.
- Leadership: Lead the architecture team by inspiring and motivating them to excel. Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement. Be a mentor to your colleagues and share your knowledge and experience.
- Technological innovation: Integrate new tools and technologies to improve architecture progressively.
Job requirements
- You possess a university-level degree, ideally backed by an architecture diploma or a related discipline.
- You are available for 32-40 hours a week.
- You must have at least 5 years of relevant experience as a project architect.
- You have experience in leading complex and large-scale projects.
- You have experience leading a team of experts and maximizing each member's potential.
- You are responsible for the project's progress, planning, cost control, and quality.
- You can involve your team and surroundings in setting goals and vision clearly and pleasantly.
- You are accountable for managing high-quality architectural outcomes, ranging from hand sketching to parametric design.
- You're capable of creating and delivering polished presentations.
- You're a pro at working with Revit, Solibri, Enscape, and Affinity.
